UiPath TRAINING & COACHING-ON-THE-PROCESS

Standardized UiPath training courses don’t always meet actual needs. And knowledge that isn’t applied in day-to-day work is quickly forgotten.

This service package is designed for employees in development and business units who want to build, reinforce, or specifically expand their UiPath skills. The goal is to tailor training and coaching to your current knowledge level, your tasks, and your existing automations.

To do this, we start with a UiPath mini-assessment. Based on this, we recommend suitable training courses and support you in applying what you’ve learned in practice. The focus is on on-the-job training: you’ll learn by working on the tasks and automations that are relevant to your work.

Knowledge remains accessible and continues to develop when it is put into practice.

As part of the UiPath TRAINING & COACHING-ON-THE-PROCESS program, you will receive:

  • a thorough evaluation of your training and coaching needs through a UiPath Mini-Assessment

  • a training proposal tailored to your current situation

  • tailored training courses to supplement and deepen your UiPath skills

  • practical coaching on existing or new automation systems

  • ideas and feedback on applying best practices in your day-to-day work

We will work with you to tailor the specific combination of training and coaching based on the mini-assessment.

Our Approach

Mini-Assessment for Preparing and Recommending Training and Coaching Needs

The UiPath Mini-Assessment provides a solid foundation for targeted training and coaching. Together, we’ll review your automation process from the initial idea through to stable operation.

STEP

01.

Identification, Analysis, and Documentation of Existing Automation Processes

Identification of existing processes, evaluation and prioritization criteria, and the quality of documentation.

STEP

02.

Review of Existing Automations in UiPath Studio

In the studio, we review development standards, reusability, libraries, REFramework, queues, error handling, logging, and stability.

STEP

03.

Review of the platform and its development and operational processes

An overview of publishing, versioning, monitoring, Orchestrator configuration, and responsibilities.

This collaborative exchange combines insights into Studio, Orchestrator, and process documentation with your own experiences. This allows us to clarify open questions and identify practical areas for improvement.

  • Learning on demand: You focus on the skills that are relevant to your tasks.

  • Direct practical application: You apply what you have learned to specific processes and automation tasks.

  • Reinforcing Knowledge: Training followed by coaching combines knowledge transfer with practical application.

  • Targeted Development: You’ll receive feedback on existing solutions and guidance on applying best practices.
