Training Objective/Outcome
Participants will acquire basic knowledge of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and become familiar with the UiPath platform and the key features of UiPath Studio. They will create their first automations, control process flows, implement simple error handling, and automate typical use cases such as processing emails and Excel files. Through hands-on exercises, participants will be able to independently develop simple RPA processes and identify basic automation opportunities.
UiPath ADVANCED Training
Target Audience
Employees from various departments who want to independently implement stable, enterprise-ready automations based on UiPath.
Brief Description
* Expands on the knowledge gained in the basic training course to include best practices for production-ready automations
* Focuses on working with the UiPath ReFramework and advanced development mechanisms

Training Objective/Outcome
Participants will deepen their knowledge of developing and operating robust UiPath automations. They will learn how to use the UiPath Orchestrator professionally, how to build state-based processes with state machines, and how to develop scalable solutions using the Robotic Enterprise Framework (REFramework) and queues. In addition, they will gain advanced knowledge in the areas of data manipulation, Invoke Code, workflow analysis (Workflow Analyzer), monitoring, logging, as well as error analysis and debugging. Through hands-on exercises, participants will be able to develop and operate production-ready, maintainable, and fault-tolerant automations.
BUSINESS ANALYST AUTOMATION Training
Target Audience
Employees from various departments who are expected to identify, document, and evaluate automation opportunities within their own departments or who are expected to take on a cross-departmental role within the company in this regard
Brief Description
* Provide a basic understanding of automation and the role of the BA (Automation)
* Workshop: Walk through the phases of automation

Training Objective/Outcome
Participants will be able to identify and evaluate automation opportunities and document them in a manner suitable for implementation. Furthermore, they will understand the automation lifecycle and the tasks and responsibilities a Business Analyst assumes within it.
Objective: Participants will be able to apply what they’ve learned directly in practice immediately after the training.
