Support for Automic V21 from the manufacturer Broadcom will expire at the end of September 2025, so an upgrade to the new version 24 should be planned by then.
Automic operates business-critical processes, the failure of which can cause very high costs, so an upgrade should run as smoothly as possible.
With the necessary conversion of the Automic database to UTF-8, the V24 upgrade represents a new challenge. This can be taken as an opportunity to switch to the open source database PostgreSQL. In addition, the Automic Automation Kubernetes Edition (AAKE) has been further optimized in V24 and represents a serious alternative to the classic operating systems.
To mark this occasion, we have put together a service package in collaboration with Philipp Elmer (PEM Automic training platform) that provides you with flexible support for this Automic upgrade.
You decide whether our experienced Automic consultants carry out the upgrade completely or only partially for you. Alternatively, you can carry out the upgrade yourself and also order on-demand consulting from best-blu.
At the same time, this package gives you access to the PEM Automic training platform. Training courses, webinars and Automic test environments are available on this platform, enabling you to learn the new features of V24, deepen your Automic knowledge and thus support the implementation efficiently and confidently.
