CA Automic Optimization Workshop

This workshop is used to analyze how the important work steps in CA Automic Workload Automation are currently being carried out and whether they can be optimized by best4Automic. Particular emphasis is placed on processes, such as:

  • Automic deployment processes
  • Transport processes between the clients
  • Checking of compliance guidelines, such as naming conventions, file structures, settings for variables and code guidelines
  • Creation of user accounts in the clients
  • Also smaller tasks as part of day-to-day work in development, implementation of participants’ own requirements and the broad topic of self-service are addressed.

ZThe aim of the workshop is to highlight ways of making current tasks faster and of higher quality and to make some tasks possible in the first place.

Design your own b4A processes

best4Automic Best Practices

This workshop serves to familiarize you in detail with the best4Automic Solution, to give you detailed insight into all you can do with the b4A Solution, to analyze and discuss the requirements and best practices of best4Automic with you, and to create outline solutions. The content of the workshop includes:

  • Detailed training of the participants in the best4Automic solution and the existing modules
  • Analysis of your current (important) activities with the CA Automic Automation Platform and outlining of solutions for dealing with them more efficiently in future
  • Presentation of best practices and how you can benefit from them as a b4A user
  • Introduction to b4A self-service and the use of b4A Automic objects
  •  Discussion and presentation of b4A solution methods using your specific questions and requirements

At the end of this workshop, you and your colleagues will know how to use best4Automic effectively for optimization and you will be able to create small workflows yourself using best4Automic.

For larger requirements and for adaptations to the best4Automic modules (or development of new modules), we will provide you with an outline solution in the course of the workshop and draw up an estimate of the work involved for implementation.

LICENSE COSTS

for the best4Automic Solution

best4Automic can be leased on very favorable terms. With monthly costs of as little as €500.00 (excl. VAT), best4Automic can be used extensively. This monthly fee includes:

  • A solution with well over 100 modules at the moment
  • Support via email and through our support portal
  • Fixed service times from Monday through Friday (from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on each day – except public holidays)
  • Fast response times (16-hour response time)
  • Provision of hot fixes
